We, Klara Marić d.o.o. headed by Klara Marić, we will be responsible as the Data Controller for all personal data that you provide to us in connection with the offer of our Services.

While providing the Services to our visitors and processing personal data, we act as a Data Controller.

Personal data we collect: name, e-mail, phone number, country and related data such as your company name, business role, phone number.

Legal basis for data collection: contract performance (GDPR Article 6.1 (B), legitimate interest according to GDPR Article 6.1 (F) in terms of providing our Services to you.

Data retention period: unless we conclude a contract, we will delete your personal data within 6 (six) months after our last communication. Also, based on legitimate interest, if you no longer want us to contact you, you can object by sending an e-mail to info@klaramaric.hr

3.2. You have initiated communication with us through a social network profile

Personal data that we can collect: first and last name, e-mail, phone number.

Legal basis for data collection: consent (Article 6.1 (A) GDPR, legitimate interest according to Article 6.1 (F) GDPR.

Time period of data storage: in case you have not used our Services, we will store the data based on legitimate interest until you object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose or, in case you have given consent, until you withdraw your consent.
