Sastojci:
100 g of Klara Marić soup noodles
4-5 chicken wings, a back with a couple of wings, or a soup mix with offal
1 onion (lightly fried on the burner, if you have a gas stove, or on a pan)
1 clove of garlic
2 carrots
1 leaf of kale
A piece of celery
Parsley root
Parsley leaf for sprinkling
Salt and pepper
Priprema
Fry the onion over a flame or lightly in a pan. Then reduce the heat, add a teaspoon of oil to the pot and
chicken, then fry it briefly on all sides.
After the chicken is lightly browned, pour enough water over it to cover it. When the water boils,
remove the foam that forms on the surface with a slotted spoon and discard it. Add the rest of the vegetables. If you are cooking with beef or a mixture of chicken and beef, it is better to add vegetables only after 1-1.5 hours to avoid overcooking. That way, the chicken and vegetables will be ready at the same time. Reduce the heat to the lowest temperature (about 2 on induction) and cook covered for 1.5 to 2 hours. Season the soup with salt and pepper and taste. Strain the soup into another pot.
If you like, add peas or broccoli. Then blend the carrot, celery and parsley root and add them to the soup.
