– bay leaf

Saute chopped onion and leek cut into rings in olive oil. Add garlic, carrots and some parsley and continue to stew. Cover with vegetable stock (if you don’t have vegetable stock, cover with water), add a bay leaf and cook the stew. Tear the pre-boiled rooster into pieces and add to the stew. Cook until desired texture of vegetables and meat. At the very end, add kale cut into pieces and add fresh pasta. Add a little tomato concentrate or, if desired, homemade salsa and mix. Cook the stew until the pasutice are ready. Season as desired.
