Spinach tagliatelle with shrimp (na buzaru)

INGREDIENTS

– white wine
– capers
– olive oil
– garlic
– parsley
– homemade tomato sauce or pelati
– spinach tagliatelle
– green olives as desired

PROCESS

Fry the shrimp well in olive oil. Add some finely chopped garlic, parsley and white wine and simmer. When the wine evaporates, add homemade salsa and, if desired, add sliced ​​green olives and capers (if you haven’t cooked homemade salsa, you can use pelati). Season as desired. Boil to the desired thickness and occasionally shake the container with gentle stirring. Cook the pasta and mix with the sauce.
