— 1 domestic chicken (approx. 1 kg)
— red onion (200 g)
— garlic (50 g)
— olive oil (1 dcl)
— white wine (1.5 dcl)
— parsley (20 g)
— a teaspoon of herbs: oregano, thyme, rosemary, marjoram & basil
— pelati (150 g)
— tomato concentrate (50 g)
— grated parmesan cheese (50 g)
— salt
— pepper
— stock
Sauté the red onion in olive oil until it turns yellow. Add the chicken cut into pieces and continue stewing for about 20 minutes, adding salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and herbs. After that, add the tomato paste and concentrate, sauté for a short time and cover with stock or water. Let everything simmer together over low heat until the meat is tender. Cook the fuži ‘al dente’ and combine with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve warm. Bon appetite!
